After your order is placed, we kindly request 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) for processing. Following this, you can expect a delivery timeframe of 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday) for worldwide shipping. For customers in the USA, Canada, Spain, Germany, Italy, Australia, and the United Kingdom, please note that we may ship directly from a warehouse located in your country, depending on stock availability.
Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.
Customs and Taxes

Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Please note that a 5% cancellation fee will be applied. A valid reason for cancellation is required, and you can provide this information by contacting our support team at info@euroactiveretrofits.com. Once your item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Custom Steering Wheels: Custom steering wheel orders cannot be canceled once the manufacturing process has begun. We take pride in creating unique, personalized products for our customers, and these items are tailored specifically to your preferences.

Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and in like-new condition.
- A valid reason for the return must be provided.
