Shipping Policy
When will my order be processed and shipped?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses depending on your location. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date, and shipped the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. After that, it will generally take 7-21 business days for delivery worldwide. If you are located in the USA, Australia, and the United Kingdom, depending on stock, we will ship from our warehouse located in your country.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order for all products except customizable steering wheels within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
Once we begin manufacturing your steering wheel, the manufacturing process cannot be intercepted and cancelled.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. you can inform us of your decision by email:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Custom steering wheels cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Please know, that oversized goods including our range of front lips are quite expensive to ship and return back to us.
