When will my order be processed and shipped?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses depending on your location. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date, and shipped the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) to process your order. After that, it will generally take 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday ) for delivery worldwide. If you are located in the USA, Canada, Spain ,Germany ,Italy, Australia, and the United Kingdom, depending on stock, we will ship from our warehouse located in your country.
Shipping cost: we offer free shipping on all orders
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
